We cover the full purchase price of the product as indicated at the time of policy purchase. For example, if you file a claim for damage or a malfunction that is covered under a Neighbors policy, we will first attempt to repair the product. If the device is repairable, the corresponding cost of the repair will be recorded against the policy. On the other hand, if we cannot repair the device, we will issue you a payment equal to the full purchase price.

Yes. We offer a 100% refund within the first 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. If a cancellation request is made more than thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, you will receive a pro-rata refund, less the cost of repairs made or replacement (if any), and less an administrative fee to not exceed the cost of the agreement or $50.00 whichever is less.
